It has never ceased to amaze me how harmonious the interactions between the priests are. When you stop to think about it, take a group of very highly trained individuals and have them work together every day for 15 consecutive days, (no days off) from 7 AM to 2 PM doing something that is as physically exhausting as chanting the vedas (try singing for 7 hours with only 2 breaks!).
No one ever seems to be in a bad mood, there are no arguments and never any drama. In fact a smile like this is pretty much the usual frame of mind.
