That One, thought absolutely motionless, is swifter than mind.
The gods could not overtake it, when it sped before them.
Though standing still, it outstrips all the others running fast.
Even the vehement wind concedes its supremacy.
It moves, but still it moves not.
It is far away, even then it is every close.
It is within all;
it encompasses all this universe on the outer side as well.
