True Yoga
June 20, 2007

“When he knows with his mind the joy supreme
beyond the reach of the senses,
then, perceiving, he stands still, adhering
firmly to Reality.
Having laid hold on Reality he avers it
a matchless prize.
Established therein, he is unmoved even by
the direct sorrow.
Let that be known as true yoga.”
-Krishna to Arjuna in the Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 6
